# Recovering Your 3DIMLI Account

If you’re unable to sign in to your 3DIMLI account because you forgot your password, don’t worry - recovering access is quick and secure. Follow the steps below to reset your password and regain access.

## When Should You Use Account Recovery?

Use this process if:

- You forgot your password
- Your password is not working
- You want to secure your account with a new password

## Step-by-Step Account Recovery Guide

### **Step 1: Open the Sign In Menu**

1. Visit **https://www.3dimli.com**
2. Click the **profile icon** in the top-right corner
3. Select **Sign In**

### **Step 2: Click “Forgot Password?”**

On the **Sign In** screen:

- Cliick the **Forgot?** Button right above the password field.

OR
- Click the **Forgot Password?** link below the sign-in form

This opens the **Reset Password** dialog.

### **Step 3: Enter Your Email or Username**

- Enter the **email address or username** linked to your 3DIMLI account
- Click **Reset Password**

A password reset link will be sent to your registered email.

### **Step 4: Check Your Email**

You’ll see a confirmation screen saying **“Check Your Email”**.

1. Open your email inbox
2. Look for an email from **3DIMLI**
3. Click the **Reset Password** link inside the email

> **Didn’t receive the email?**
> - Check your **Spam / Junk** folder
> - Check your **email antivirus or security filters**
> (Some email providers block password reset emails)
> - Make sure your inbox is not full or restricted
> - Ensure you entered the correct email
> - Wait **2-3 minutes** and try again

### **Step 5: Create a New Password**

On the **Reset Password** page:

1. Enter your **new password**
2. Confirm the password
3. Click **Reset Password**

Choose a strong password you haven’t used before.

### **Step 6: Password Reset Successful**

You’ll see a **“Password changed successfully”** confirmation.

You’ll be automatically redirected to the **Sign In** page.

### **Step 7: Sign In Again**

- Enter your email or username
- Enter your **new password**
- Click **Sign In**

You now have access to your account again.

- Never share your password with anyone.
- Use a unique password for 3DIMLI.
- Reset your password immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

### I didn’t receive the reset email
- Check Spam or Junk folders.
- Confirm your email is registered with 3DIMLI.

### I still can’t access my account
